Waterville Lake

Waterville Lake is a reservoir on the Pigeon River in Haywood County, North Carolina, in the Great Smoky Mountains near Interstate 40. It is impounded by Walters Dam, a tall concrete arch dam completed around 1930 that still feeds an active hydroelectric plant near the Tennessee state line.
