Thurston Hatcher Falls is a long sliding cascade in Jackson County, in the Glenville area along Rough Run. The USGS officially adopted its name in 1993, honoring an architect tied to the nearby Cullowhee Falls community. The falls sit on private land and are largely screened from view, with only a small portion glimpsed from the public lower High Falls Trail.
