McKinney Gap is a mountain gap in McDowell County, North Carolina, in the Blue Ridge near the Orchard at Altapass and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It carries historical significance as a crossing point, including for the Clinchfield Railroad, which routed through the gap in the early 20th century.
