Panthertown Creek

Panthertown Creek runs through Panthertown Valley, a backcountry area of the Nantahala National Forest in Jackson County often called the "Yosemite of the East." The creek is a stop on the Western North Carolina Fly Fishing Trail and lies among an area known for its waterfalls and granite cliffs.
