North Eaglenest Mountain

North Eaglenest Mountain is a summit in the Plott Balsams of Haywood County, just south of Maggie Valley and overlooking Lake Junaluska from the west. Formerly called Mount Junaluska, it was the site of the historic early-1900s Eagle Nest Hotel, one of western North Carolina's hay-fever resorts.
