Lynn Gap is a mountain saddle near Little Switzerland and Spruce Pine in Mitchell County, sitting around 3,100 feet in the Blue Ridge. It marks the turnaround point of a popular out-and-back section of the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail that begins at Gillespie Gap.
