Lake Summit

Lake Summit is a roughly 324-acre reservoir on the Green River near the community of Tuxedo in Henderson County, the largest lake in the county. It was created in 1920 when the river was dammed for hydroelectric power, and today its shoreline is lined with cottages and summer camps. Access is largely private, managed by the lakeside property owners.
