Lake Logan

Sunburst, NC

Lake Logan is a reservoir in southeastern Haywood County, North Carolina, built in the early 1930s on the West Fork of the Pigeon River by the Champion Fibre Company to supply its Canton paper mill. The lake covers the site of the former Sunburst logging village and is now part of an Episcopal conference and retreat center.
