L & B Furniture LLC

In 1984 through divine guidance, L&B Furniture was established. Butch and Linda Hogan opened the business in March of 1984 on a mission, to save people money. Starting out, in the basement of their home with a U-Haul in tow to find and sell furniture at prices working people could afford. Here’s how it started. Dad (Butch) was out Christmas shopping for Mom (Linda). She wanted a china cabinet that year and dad was on the hunt. He walked in to Greens furniture in Lenoir; he found the china buffet but had another thought while he was there. So he asked Ronnie Green, ”If I wanted to start a furniture store in Marion, will you help?” Ronnie agreed. After much prayer and pondering, Mom and Dad took their savings and purchased their first inventory, a living room suite and some china cabinets. With a hand painted sign and a newspaper ad, L&B Furniture had opened. L&B Furniture Over 30 years later, L&B Furniture is still grounded in its roots. We are focused on FAITH, giving the Lord Jesus Christ the glory for our success. We are faithful to FAMILY not only in training our family in how to do business the right way,” the old fashion way” but also dedicated to our community. We treat our customers like family because they are. We are also focused on FURNITURE. Our business is dedicated to being the best we can be by knowing our product, serving our customer and still selling the best quality furniture for the fairest prices.
