Kimsey Creek is a wild-trout stream in the Nantahala National Forest near Standing Indian Campground in Macon County, North Carolina, on the headwaters of the Nantahala River. It is a designated wild-trout water with native brown and rainbow trout and is followed by the Kimsey Creek Trail, which links to the Appalachian Trail.
