Highlands Falls is a tall, multi-tiered waterfall in Macon County, near the town of Highlands, dropping in a sliding cascade and freefall through roughly 135 feet. It sits on the grounds of the private Highlands Falls Country Club and is not accessible to the general public, though a distant view can be had from across the valley. It is a long-recognized local landmark.
