Deer Lick Gap is a gap along the Blue Ridge Parkway near milepost 337 in the McDowell County area of western North Carolina, marked by the Deer Lick Gap Overlook. It borders the conserved Wildacres Retreat property, which offers public hiking trails leading from the overlook into protected forest.
