Barnett Knob

Wolftown Community ᏩᏲᎯ, NC

Barnett Knob is a forested peak just off the Blue Ridge Parkway between Soco Gap and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, within the Qualla Boundary of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. Its summit is topped by a tall steel fire lookout tower built by the Forest Service in the 1930s.
